‘Heart to Hart’ is this year’s ensemble performance featuring a retinue of woodland characters. It’s an fantastical fairy tale, filled with fine music, song and dance that runs through the festival like mycelium. Meet the mildly ridiculous King Sessile, his loyal Royal Surveyor ‘Sloe’, the composer Whitebeam and Lieutenant Lord Leif Blower as they travel down the Wye Valley, inspecting the health of the trees and woods and all things bright and beautiful.
6.30pm: ‘Heart to Hart’ Performance
8pm: Special guests, novelty swing band The Red Hot Potato Syncopators will be playing – said to be the funniest Jazziest act you’ll ever see!
Wye Valley River Festival Official Documenter and artist, Mr Cherry, will host and play a special DJ set to round the evening off.
