Phoebe is a mover, teacher, facilitator and performer, working across the fields of dance, circus and climbing. Her work aims to educate and facilitate the importance of play, embodiment and connection, for mental and physical health, well being, and social change. She has worked facilitating movement for all walks of life and ages.
Using a soundscape that responds to the environment of the Wye valley, we will explore the voice of our bodies. Starting with coming to the breath, and growing to play and move, in a space where we leave judgement at the door.
This exploration aims to begin to bring us into connection with ourselves, our focus, our breath, and the natural world around us.
All ages and experience welcome. All you need is room to lie down and reach out to the sides. You’re welcome to share your space with others, friends, and family.
