Yoga teacher and breath coach Louise Shaw has created a podcast on the theme of breath, space and time for you to enjoy during the River Festival.
As she says “Breath is space. A breathing space. When we become aware of space within us, space above us, space below us, space around us…time slows down and we can honour the space in between each breath. Moving into deep relaxation, meditative space. When we rest deeply it’s in this space the mind, body and spirit rest”.
You might well find your perception of time altered by this experience.
